With 27 holes of golf to play, practice facilities, tennis courts, bocce courts, a swimming pool, a fitness center, an active social calendar and fine dining, members have an array of opportunities to find challenges and meet fellow members.

The Courses at Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club are among the finest and most picturesque in Southwest Florida. All 27 holes are mature. The original 18 were built in 1979 with an additional nine in 1997. With multiple tee locations, the courses offer a unique combination of variety, strategy and fairness, with play from 5,000 to 6,800 yards. With a low member-to-hole ratio and an eight day advance sign up, tee times are readily available. From the tees, a player can enjoy the towering palms, pines and other deciduous trees lining the fairways.

On November 30th, 2004, members of the Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the new 32,000 square foot clubhouse, which subsequently opened March 2nd, 2006. The new clubhouse is located on the east side of the parking lot, overlooking the ninth green and fountain of the East Course. The views from the second floor dining areas are spectacular!!! In addition to the main dining room, which can seat 200 and overlooks the fountain, the main level has a private dining and boardroom, an informal grille room for up to100, and a sports lounge with seating for 50. The lower level lobby provides access to the golf pro shop, the men’s and women’s locker rooms, a card room and access to the stairs and elevators to the grille room and sports lounge.

The clubhouse serves as a gathering place for members to enjoy joining friends for brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails with multiple venues. The clubhouse is available for private gatherings and parties as well as the active social schedule members enjoy. Banquet facilities are available to the public.
